The entire motor is constructed from seawater-resistant aluminum, providing exceptional robustness. Furthermore, the housing is equipped with a 6-layer coating to prevent fouling and corrosion. An integrated anode within the motor further protects the motor housing from corrosion. The core of the drive is housed in the drive casing, where slow-speed motors transmit power gearlessly to the propeller via a robust stainless steel shaft. A sturdy bronze propeller, designed for commercial marine use, ensures maximum forward thrust. Even when the motor is switched off, the boat remains perfectly maneuverable thanks to the steering fin. The connection is designed for standard rotary cable steering. Optionally, an installation kit for a single-cable steering system can be fitted.
