The Aquamot Trend 1.3 and 1.8 may appear to have similar advantages to the Trend 1.1 and 1.6. However, this is only at first glance, as the outboard motor has a very crucial upgrade. To date, it is the most powerful electric outboard motor with an integrated battery on the market. And it also has a lot to offer in terms of design. As part of a new edition, the housing was revised in 2020 by international designers. In combination with a sophisticated suspension system that can be tilted in stages, the Trend 1.3 & 1.8 is the perfect choice if you are looking for a motor with that certain something extra.

The Trend 1.3 comes with a profiled shaft design that significantly improves steering. Depending on requirements, there are three shaft lengths: S, L & XL for an extra charge (€ 109). The Trend 1.3 with tiller control and S-shaft comes with a 63cm shaft length and weighs 14.2 kg. The tiller is also height-adjustable and locks in recurringly after a defined distance. A tiller extension with a length of 65 cm is available for an additional charge (€ 89).

Frequently Asked Questions
What power is required?
Both the Trend 1.3 and the Trend 1.8 electric outboard motor from Aquamot are suitable for inflatable boats, small dinghies and other small boats. In order to have sufficient reserves against wind and waves, we recommend the Trend 1.1 for boats up to 1.5 tons, depending on the hull shape. The Trend 1.3 can be used up to 1.8 tons.

When using the 1,560 Wh battery, the driving time doubles.
How can the range or operating time be increased?
By using a 2nd reserve battery, the range can be extended in no time at all. Remove the empty battery, put the full one back in and off you go. These are available from Aquamot at a reasonable price (€0.76 per Wh).

With a drive package from Trend 1.3 – 1.8 you are basically ready to go. From the highly efficient motor including propeller with on-board computer and driving switch to the lithium high-performance battery, charger, emergency stop tear-off cord & anode, everything is included.
How long is the warranty period?
The warranty period is 2 years.
